Lab/Pathology/Radiology
Taking a closer look.
A pathologist is an important member of your Prevea health care team. Your primary care physician often consults a pathologist to assist in determining a specific medical diagnosis. A pathologist goes beyond the surface to examine tissue samples and blood cells for possible abnormalities, and reports the results back to your physician. A pathologist also supervises all laboratory services to ensure accuracy.
